ITGilde is hosting a unique serie of Tech Talks about K8S distros.
There are many ways to install a Kubernetes cluster. Most of us are familiar with kubeadm as the defacto standard to get a Kubernetes cluster up-and-running. However there are more. In this series we will cover a set of these. During the first episode we will take a look at K3S. This Kubernetes distro is targeting ‘the Edge’ use cases and weighs in at only 100MiB. This places it in the same league as MicroK8S which we will cover later.
Our trainer Pascal van Dam leads this serie of 10 episodes:
May 17th – MicroK8S
May 19th – Charmed K8S
May 25th – K0S
May 26th – KIND
June 6th – Kubeadm
June 8th – Tanzu
June 13th – MKE
June 15th – K3S
June 20th – K3D
July 14th – RKE/RKE2
