Train-the-trainer Kubernetes to improve training
At October 5th a train-the-trainer (TTT) Kubernetes took place at the headquarters of ITGilde Academy in Amstelveen. Some trainers were actually present, some trainers attended remotely.
Why a train-the-trainer?
This train-the-trainer Kubernetes was organized to get more of our trainers ready to teach a Kubernetes course.
Just to get the certification is not enough to teach this Kubernetes course. More knowledge is needed and this also ensures that participants get the training delivered by highly qualified trainers.
A train-the-trainer (TTT) also serves another purpose. During a TTT the trainers share knowledge about how to deliver a training and certain topics. And also this makes them a better trainer.
